The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider(broker) was unable to find a trucker to make the delivery. I waited several days for the booking which did not occur. I ended up having to find another company to do the tranport. I would like a FULL refund and not a credit.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I was under the impression I booked with an owner/operator,and thus delivery request was guaranteed. This is not the case and I have found an owner/operator that can move the freight exceeding my original delivery expectation. Response from PaulmEvans: Jim had sent me a message during the bid process asking if this item could be picked up and delivered within 3-5 days total. I told him that would be no problem and he accepted my bid. Jim called me the next morning and promptly canceled our booking despite the fact that I had a driver set to pickup and deliver his shipment in the alotted time. My profile states that I am a freight broker and I do not appreciate being jerked around. All of my info is there. Please read before accepting the bid!

I don't think I'll be able to handle this shipment in the time frame you are looking for at this time. It's the end of the month for a lot of manufacturers and stepdeck capacity is very tight in the midwest right now. I may be able to cover it going into early next week but I don't have any availability right now. Most of my carriers in your area are running flatbeds and this shipment is too tall for a flatbed truck. I do apologize for this and I'm hoping you are able

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was told that there would be no problems picking up my truck in the required time frame at first. Then as the dead line apporached the shipper was unable to find a truck with ramps and asked for me to move the truck and store the truck at a different location until he was able to find a truck that was able to suit my needs. Yet forced me to find different arrangments. I was completely unsatisfied that I was told it would be no problem moving my truck then caneling last minute. Unacceptable! Response from PaulmEvans: I had asked the customer if there as a dock available for loading a full month before he accepted my bid. I would have been happy to remove my bid if he had bothered to find out ahead of time if a dock was available. Instead he accepted by bid and then was upset when I could not find a driver with ramps. I can't help that he waited till the last week to move this truck. My first bid was a full month before hand. Customer had plenty of time to answer my question or find a truck with ramps.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I believe the provider did try to complete the shipment but after a couple
of cancellations we agreed that if I found someone sooner that I would go with that as I would loose the deal.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider could not complete the service in the time limits agreed. Response from PaulmEvans: My bid specifically states that I will have the item picked up within 1-3 business days. Customer wanted item picked up within hours of accepting by bid and that is unacceptable. I would have been happy to cancel my bid if I knew of his outrageous demands. Recommendation to the shipper for future business, if you have immediate pickup demands then you should address them ahead of time. That's the right thing to do rather than leaving bad feedback when unknown demands aren't met!
