We are a small commercial carrier based in western North Carolina, operating box trucks equipped with lift gates, along with GPS tracking and navigation systems. As a fully insured corporation, authorized to run in all the lower 48 states, your shipments are in good hands. Being on the road constantly, timing is the critical issue when bid proposals are placed. What this means is that we will be passing through your location shortly, thus should you wish us to transport your shipment, please don't delay in acceping the bid, for once we have passed by, it will be too late to return. Thus holding out for the lowest bid may not always be to your benefit, both in timing and in using an uninsured or underinsured carrier. Also, it is our belief that communication is the life blood of any business, and our lines are always open. We hope you will consider giving us a try as we seek to build lasting relationships with all our customers.

Better than having a reliable shipper with good communication skills, who helped me work through some serious problems with the worst seller I've ever dealt with, is the fact that I gained a good friend through this transaction. Charlie is a first rate guy and a lot of fun to work with. Very courteous and caring about your shipment, and works hard to satisfy everyone while juggling many LTL's all at once. Give this guy a little patience and don't worry about a thing. You won't be dissapointed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pickup was scheduled for between 10 and 3 on Friday. They never picked up Negative feedback will follow. I explained to them the urgency of the situation. The shipper called me Saturday morning to let me know, and he is open. Now I can't contact the the provider and their Yellow frieght is closed today. This will cost me in a big way. I am going to relist to see if I can get a smaller provider to pick up and deliver ASAP

No Detailed Feedback Available We informed the customer that Friday pickup was NOT guaranteed due to the coming holiday weekend. The client accepted that information. If they do not want to complete the transaction, it is up to them. We have performed as promissed.

If you choose to use an inferior carrier, such a yellow that is your problem. I explained the urgency of the situation, and your chosen carrier let you down. I have attained a copy of the pick up request from yellow. It was schedule for Friday between 9 and 3 and they never showed up. This is a reflection on you. If you need it done, or are in a time crunch, find a better provider.
