What this means is that we will be passing through your location shortly, thus should you wish us to transport your shipment, please don't delay in acceping the bid, for once we have passed by, it will be too late to return. Thus holding out for the lowest bid may not always be to your benefit, both in timing and in using an uninsured or underinsured carrier.
