We haul furniture, lawnmowers, golf carts, paletized material, motorcycles, box material, etc. as long as we can get it in or on one of our trailers ( Open - 24' by 7'9" and enclosed - 24' by 7'). We handle any small animal as if it is our own, as we have numerous between the two of us (all are in house(trained).We pull mobile homes, campers, trailers up to 12'Wide by 40' Long. We were dropping off another load; which was a positive feedback. The problems with the loading should have been told by shipper and we could have handled the problem beforehand. We were not unannounced because we made contact with shipper. Shipper did not inform us on the conditions of the pickup and what was all entailed in the pickup. We were told we could load the truck at any time.

We were told to leave by the company because they only loaded the larger trucks. It was an honest mistake on her part. She was very nice and we were able to stay in contact with her throughout the process.

They also were very very friendly and respectful and could notice they strap the machine down real good and took care of the load. Thanks John for a professional service. Had the car started as previously stated, this job would have been completed.

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it We arrived at the site and were told that we were unable to put our truck into the site and a tow truck would have to be called. Then we were told that it would not help calling the tow truck because the truck was not operable. (We were told the truck was operable). The last thing is that the keys were not even there, there was no way to load the truck at all. We went through all the routes and were stopped at each one. The customer told us that the truck was reachable and operable; we were out

There needed to be a larger truck with enclosed trailer and in the bid specs it is obvious that we were unaware of that fact. Our apologies and thanks to Laurie. We do wish her the best in getting the boxes shipped.

Our guys were in the rain for 2 hours trying to 'boost' the car. It would not start. Our bid inquiry stated With loading dock, meaning the shipper was responsible for the loading. We did our part and was out for going to Beaumont and not being able to load the car.
