Nightmare.Shipper called to say his business went bust.He is 600 mi. away and turning around to go home to regroup...with my trailer.I had shipper stop and put trailer in storage.I frantically called anyone I knew with a truck and a free weekend to help retrieve the trailer.2 weeks and $475 additional gas $'s later,I have my trailer.In my old business, when problems arise I'd take the loss and make up for it on the next job.I didn't expect the shipper to dump his problems on me.

You are somthing else after I did you a big favor by hauling you're junk trailer for you from Or. to Tx for 850.00 which is about a 3rd of what it should of cost this is how you are. I wondering if all the winning about being sick and this was the only thing you had left was a bunch of bull to get someone to do it for nothing. I called you and gave you the choice of what to do I could of brought the trailer back in about a week without anymore cost to you. After all you waited how many years ???

The service provider is fully paid and he didn't show up at agreed date, now I can't reach him at his phone and when he offered his service, he was nice and communicative I really don't understand what's going on!!

Was not able to reach shipper as he was in Brazil.When he was able to contact me he stated the seller had back out of the sale and he hadn't been able to pull the shipment off of uship.

Everett did a great job, definitely above my expectations. He communicated with me the whole way and had genuine concern for my boat while it was in his care. If he is a little more expensive, the level of service he provides is worth it. Thanks Everett!
