Professional Movers Inc. were exactly that. Professional. On time, in uniform, polite, friendly and kept me well informed throughout the delivery process. I had a large shpment of restaurant furniture delivered from Illonois to New York. It arrived quickly, professionally wrapped and handled with care. There was zero damge, nicks or scratches. PROMOVERSINC is the man for the job. He has my highest recommendation.

I have never used this system before and I thought I had to accept to read his notes,However he never called me and I tried to call him and only got a cell phone ..I`m not comfortable

Minor damage on items, was compensated by Promovers. Would have like to been informed with more accurate estimates on the delay for pick-up and delivery, but with a snow storm it might have been best to delay by a day for delivery. But they kept in communication all the way in. I would recommend them and use them again
