However that is the customers choice. I am sorry for the inconveniance but We could not help it. Response from PROCOLLISION: We paid for the shipper to rent a trailer, as a favor to help the shipper. The shipper then tore out his truck and did not tell us for days. In addition he did not refund the rental charge we advanced him.

Response from Pilotpeaktransport: This customer insisted on renting the trailer from this off brand company instead of posting a required deposit. I can't help it because that equipment was bad.
