The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Garry from PMCI Transport arrived to pick up my shipment on friday afternoon. Unfortunatley the night before (as best estimated) the license plate on the trailer was stolen. Garry generously agreed to stay a couple nights in the Las Vegas area as long as I was willing to pay the cost of a hotel for the 2 nights, in order to get temperary plates for the trailer on Monday, which I agreed . The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The Service Provider claimed that UShip told him i had canceled the shipment. I called the Service Provider the minute i made the booking (booked Feb. 3rd) because he said he could pick up the bike on the weekend if i booked soon. After that first call, the phone number was "NOT IN SERVICE" anymore. Finally, i received an E-mail from the guy on February 17th stating that UShip said i had cancelled the shipment, which was not true. Now the guy marked this shipment as complete, LOL.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time the company i accepted the bid from failed to complete the transaction within the allowed time.it has now been twelve days since i accepted the bid and eight days since ive heard from the company.ive tried contacting the company several times and the number listed on the users profile is disconnected.i plan on continuing to use uship but have no desire to do business with this company.please refund me my money at youre earliest convienince so that i can place another listing.thank you

These guys are completely trust worthy, no question about that. They could have been better at communicating though. They took my calls whenever I called them, but were not proactive about calling me until the day they wanted to pickup. Since this was something that I needed to coordinate through another, a little more planning and communicating would have been nice. On the other hand, they did show flexibility when needed and the delivery was made without any damage and that is the final word.

Hey, Overall you guys did a very good job in protecting my Vespa scooter during transport, and Kelly did great in communicationg with me on that last, and unloading. Excellent price for the distance covered also. But just to be completely honest, there were a couple of things though that concerned me and could've been better on your part. 1. Not much communication from you guys before and during transport. I did most of the calling. 2. The receipt we got was not filled out very well.
