Thank you to all the very pleasant people I met through UShip the last couple of months. I ran into some very creative and industrious individuals doing what they can to make a living. To the handful of you very unpleasant people I met - get a life!!! Our construction work has picked up recently so I am not actively bidding or looking to make shipments. This shipper delivered my motorcycle heavily damaged with estimates totalling ovr $3000 USD! After emails in which he admitted esponsibility, the shipper refused to provide insurance informaion, and has ceased all communication. My motorcycle is left UNRIDEABLE and badly damaged (bent frame/fairings/handledars) and I am forced to proceed to small claims court to resolve the issue. This man is an AWFUL shipper! He delivered a day later then promised. I had to hire movers, the deal was he load and unload, the movers were professional (the ones I hired) and warned me that he was throwing items out of the truck. He stained my couch, he had on top of this boat! Scratched my end tables, Headboard, etc. I have pics before and after of damage. He got into a fight with the movers because of his unprofessional conduct, he told them we got her items dirty and grabbed my laptop!!!

Professional movers that showed up in a 20 yr old Jeep. And I had to provide these professionals with a hand truck. I didn't throw anything - the guys came onto my truck to get everything they toted off. They shloshed water out of the washing machine onto her floor when they took it in, then had to stand the couch on end to get it in the door - soaked the couch arm, tore it, and needed a scape goat to cover their tracks. I tilted the laptop screen in order to see it. Shame on me!!

BEWARE. My Trailer was delivered to me damaged. Accidents Happen! Terron's insurance paid for the damage minus a $1000 deductible. I have now been waiting 2 weeks for my $1000 deductible from Terron which he said he would pay and the cheque was in the mail then. I have left several emails and phone messages for him to call and he is not. Not sure why? If you use this carrier, beware of the high deductible he has. I am out a $1000 and am not very happy with his sloppy service. He did

Never said check in the mail. I admitted the damage. Ed's not out $1000. He paid $6300 for the trailer, and the damage was $3800 for 2 scratched panels and a rear frame that was slightly bent because the cheap skid rails hung down and caught an egde. And his company is doing the repairs? Did I mention that he "found" 2 more damaged areas after I had left? And I guess I'm responsible for a paint job that was already blistering off. Avoid this shipper. He makes money off these insurance claims.

My 2 items were picked up and delivered as agreed. From east coast to west coast; door to door. It doesnt get better than that. I appreciate the service and that there is someone out there to pick up these small transport jobs. Nice work!

Only problem is that its about 120 degrees in Fort Worth!, but I could stand to lose a few pounds. Paid on the spot - wouldn't hesitate to provide for again, in the fall or winter! Somehow she thinks a small boat that was being shipped with her furniture leaked water (it was dry!) up vertically, got her couch wet. It was obvious that the movers she hired to unload the truck somehow soaked the couch with water from her washing machine. She advertised 21 items - it was 30. She refused to pay 40% of her bill. Her stuff was filthy and damaged when we picked it up. It was delivered filthy and damaged at the dropoff. Response from cherish837: I have pictures and written proof of the situation and my items. This man has been warned from UShip for harassing me and I have copies of emails he has sent to me. Uship had to warn him NOT to email me or he will be removed from this site for misconduct. I guess having two negatives back to back means he must be a great shipper (sarcasm). Obviously he damaged someones items to as he has YET to pay them their $1000 deposit as the poster said before hand BEWARE of this shipper.AWFUL MAN!
