No Detailed Feedback Available Carlos and my driver Matt were awesome! Great communication and the delivery was made well before I expected it. My ATV was in perfect shape and I'm not sure I could have executed better myself. Beyond that, the the price was right!!! These guys define professionalism! No Detailed Feedback Available Carlos and my driver Matt were extemely professional. I could not have asked for better service. Matt was on time and worked with me throughout this process. I could not have done a better job myself. My boat was shipped on time and arrived on time unblemished. Most importantly, the price was right. These guy's are insured and care about what they do. There were too many bidders out there who were overpriced. When all is said and done I would use these guy's again! Great Job and Thanks!

No Detailed Feedback Available Shipment was delivered in good condition and communication was friendly and prompt, however delivery times were longer than estimated, both initial scheduling of pick up for the item as well as delivery. After item was picked up there was no communication until 4 days passed, only to inform us the delivery that was supposed to take 3-4 days would now be arriving on the 6th day. Driver was excellent, very conscientious, called after drop off to make sure all was well.

Hi Randyl: I notice the uShip feedback. I apologize as this was my fault. I realize my wife told you 3 to 4 days for delivery, however, I was under the impression that time was not a critical issue for you. Matt, the driver asked me if he could visit family in Texas prior to pick up. I told Matt this would be ok. Because of this, the pick up was delayed two days (Monday instead of Saturday), and the drop was delayed as well. Again, I regret any concern or inconvenience this situation cause

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Provider stated that I was supposed to get back with him as to the status of mudflaps being installed. I was clear that he was supposed to contact Penske where truck was to be picked up as I had no way to convince Penske to install mudflaps. Some weeks have passed and the delivery is late. I am afraid that continued problems will occur if I continue with this provider. It is not entirely provider's fault as Penske representative is not being helpful. Plan to pick up shipment myself to avoid furt

We called Penske directly to arrange pick up, then WE CALLED this shipper to inform him he needed to have mudflaps installed on the truck and that there was no "Sale" paperwork at Penske for his truck. The shipper never called us back to ship it. This company has caused us seveal problems and we will not ship for them in the future.

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it. This is a tandem axle trailer that does not weigh 700 lbs. We were the second TSP dispatched on this load.
