The driver was really nice and delivery was really fast, ahead of schedule. Unfortunately the cell service was not that great on the route of travel and communication was limited but that was not his fault. We would definitely use this service provider again.

Carlos was Great , RV broke down , after it was repaired he made arrangements to get back to where it was, He always kept me up to date on what was happening , I would for sure use Okeanatransport if i ever need any thing transported again . you won't go wrong if you book your shipment thru them

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Said he cut his finger, now unable to transport our trailer. Also, no legal USDOT, and was unable to provide insurance.

Shipper never paid. They are not legal transporters or brokers. This was not his boat. Michigan State police, DOT report was filed. Judgement in Civil small claims was awarded to us in the full amount. I would never, ever deal with this guy. Carlos, Okeana Transport, LLC.

He wanted to charge me $500.00 for a tire change and would never provide a receipt. When I refused the price he took me to court. I would never do business with him again. The boat was shipped for another individual, everything was legal.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Provider stated that I was supposed to get back with him as to the status of mudflaps being installed. I was clear that he was supposed to contact Penske where truck was to be picked up as I had no way to convince Penske to install mudflaps. Some weeks have passed and the delivery is late. I am afraid that continued problems will occur if I continue with this provider. It is not entirely provider's fault as Penske representative is not being helpful. Plan to pick up shipment myself to avoid furt

We called Penske directly to arrange pick up, then WE CALLED this shipper to inform him he needed to have mudflaps installed on the truck and that there was no "Sale" paperwork at Penske for his truck. The shipper never called us back to ship it. This company has caused us seveal problems and we will not ship for them in the future.
