I am an owner/operator of a Medium Size Box Truck (GMC 3500) with Liftgate and 12' X 8' Box. Truck is reliable with rebuilt transmission and fuel system. My associates and I decided to try uship to expand our moving and transportation business. I have many years experience in the transportation industry, with a wide knowledge of geography, having travelled extensively across the U.S. One associate of mine worked for years as a deliverer for a matress and furniture company. Another associate has many years experience with a local catholic charity delivering furniture to local families in need, as well as moving them as well. We are hoping to expand our business to your neck of the woods and to let our combined experience work for us as well as you. His truck broke down on the way to deliver sectional. It was not delivered until a month later then expected. There is room for improvement with providing timely updates on the delivery especially when unexpected delays occur such as this when transmission went out on truck. Our couch was received in excellant condition.

Kyle was great to work with - communicated well and most of all took very great care with my Mom's antique furniture. He also worked around my availability for pick up which I appreciated since it was an out of town location for me.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment My truck has broken down here in the panhandle of Florida. The mechanics have spent three days on it and are saying they have to do a full search of the whole wiring system. They said it may be until next week before this is resolved. Both parties on bothe ends seem to be upstanding good people to work with. We had a small issue with a bent line that may have happened during shipping. I paid the cost plus a little extra on the line to be replaced. The person receiving the bike was very understanding and accomodating.

Through no fault of the people involved we came to the realization the piano just would not fit, I was in the hospital from internal abscess and hemorraging. So it was left in the hands of my assistants to deliver. Both parties involved on both sides are wonderful people, and I hope the best in this situation.

Molly, I would like to start by apologizing for the issues that arose with this shipment. The other night I fell gravely ill, I had been fighting it for days, well I ended up with a huge abcess in my intestinal tract and had to go to the hospital. I sent my crew on without me, which they have never had experience working without me there before. I tried the best I could to make sure they had all the info necessary, but I understand they met major complications anyway. My deepest apologies maam.

I had to rent a van and hire men to go get my items at his location with was 6 hours total driving. He is a decent man but problems have recently hit him. Good luck

I will wait until your truck is fixed next week. I took care of this shipment by paying another uship provider to deliver this for you, I paid 75 out of pocket plus the amount you were going to pay, there should be no reason to have dissatisfaction of service, as delivery was made as promptly as time would allow.
