Overall Kyle was great to work with. There was some minor damage done ($40 part was bent) to my Harley during shipment which Kyle reimbursed me for plus little for the trouble. All and all I would say he is a good choice for standard items but not quite set up to accommodate motorcycles without a moderate to high risk of damage due to a lack of a motorcycle specific tie down system and the fact that the bike needs to be loaded via lift gate which was extremely tight for a full size motorcycle

Response from OhioMedsizeTrucker1: Overall the shipment went well, There was some question of a bent line, which I had to assume was done during loading, as the bike was triangulated with cargo straps in the center, 6 inches away on that side from anything else. I do agree, I think the bike was too big for my lift, and this run was a learning experience for me on this issue. I had only delivered smaller motorcycles in the past, never a Fatboy. We had a hard time getting it up and down off the truck, which was likely the issue.

Absolutely delightful experience. Kyle was a very kind person and my loom arrived quickly and was well protected and packed. He even found my house in the middle of nowhere with no help from me!

Shipment was delivered in good condition and all communication during set up, pick up and delivery was thorough and timely. I was not in the pick up location or the delivery location as it was a delivery which I arranged between my daughter and her cousin so all communication was three way and that worked well. Thank you Uship for this type of service. I have recommended your services to a friend.
