I am an owner/operator of a Medium Size Box Truck (GMC 3500) with Liftgate and 12' X 8' Box. Truck is reliable with rebuilt transmission and fuel system. My associates and I decided to try uship to expand our moving and transportation business. I have many years experience in the transportation industry, with a wide knowledge of geography, having travelled extensively across the U.S. One associate of mine worked for years as a deliverer for a matress and furniture company. Another associate has many years experience with a local catholic charity delivering furniture to local families in need, as well as moving them as well. We are hoping to expand our business to your neck of the woods and to let our combined experience work for us as well as you. The person I purchased my grill had used metal straps to bind it to a pallet. He removed these and took them with him as a nice gesture. Thanks Kyle

Overall Kyle was great to work with. There was some minor damage done ($40 part was bent) to my Harley during shipment which Kyle reimbursed me for plus little for the trouble. All and all I would say he is a good choice for standard items but not quite set up to accommodate motorcycles without a moderate to high risk of damage due to a lack of a motorcycle specific tie down system and the fact that the bike needs to be loaded via lift gate which was extremely tight for a full size motorcycle

Overall the shipment went well, There was some question of a bent line, which I had to assume was done during loading, as the bike was triangulated with cargo straps in the center, 6 inches away on that side from anything else. I do agree, I think the bike was too big for my lift, and this run was a learning experience for me on this issue. I had only delivered smaller motorcycles in the past, never a Fatboy. We had a hard time getting it up and down off the truck, which was likely the issue.

Absolutely delightful experience. Kyle was a very kind person and my loom arrived quickly and was well protected and packed. He even found my house in the middle of nowhere with no help from me!

I had to rent a van and hire men to go get my items at his location with was 6 hours total driving. He is a decent man but problems have recently hit him. Good luck

I will wait until your truck is fixed next week. Unless you're going out of business, I'm assuming you will continue to do shipping runs and I'd like for you to bring the bed as soon as your truck is fixed. Thanks.

I took care of this shipment by paying another uship provider to deliver this for you, I paid 75 out of pocket plus the amount you were going to pay, there should be no reason to have dissatisfaction of service, as delivery was made as promptly as time would allow.
