I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have called and emailed Chris w/ Oceans2Oceans & I have yet to get a response. I'm no longer interested in doing buisness with this individual, please cancel this agreement and refund my deposite.

The item arrived on time, but I was a bit surprised that the item, which was in a cardboard box, was in an open trailer, uncovered, and had snow on it.

Delivery was re-scheduled at last minute--due to mechanical problems--understandable-however the person scheduling it was very unprofessional & not helpful.

Very quick response getting initial schedule, but serious delays getting machines picked up, and then rescheduled commitments were not kept do to truck break downs, once equipment was piked up, delivery was timely. Very nice people, fortunately the shipment was not urgent. It was delayed 22 days from original expected delivery date. I would use this shipper again, because the shipment was well taken care of and undamaged and because of their good communication.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I had one comunication with the shipper early last week. Since then he has not responded to either my phone calls or emails. He did send one email, that seamed to be an email blast to all his customers, stating that he was having transportation problems that would delay the shipments he had scheduled. With the lack of comunication and the fact I am getting very apprehensive about what he will use to transport this motorcycle, and how protected it will be I feel I have no choice but to cancel.

Response from Oceans2Oceans: I did not send a "Blast" to all my customers. I sent an e-mail explaining the circumstances of the damage to the truck caused by being cut off. I did this t try and keep customers informed and I also said I would contact them individually as there shipments approached. I was unable to work and answer the phone while receiving 50-100 calls a day. Plus that also runs up the phone bill.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
He had some kind of accident told me he will call by 12 today never did. Do not trust him anymore. left lot of messeges replied to only one of them

Response from Oceans2Oceans: I had notified all clients of this issue. At the time This was for a backhaul from the South and I was still in California so I had to Concentrate on the stuff in the trk. and the stuff that would lead me to the South, where I am now.
