Shipment was delivered in good condition .Service Provider was professional and communicated adequately.
There were minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances (mechanical breakdowns, etc.) and the Service Provider did their best to accommodate the situation. He is a good,hard working gentlman. Thank You!

Package arrived in good condition. Chris was professional, on time, and had good communication on my end. I heard that he was less so on the delivery end. There was a slight miscommunication, but that was righted. Despite this and a the delay caused by a problem beyond shipper's control (truck problems due to a car cutting him off), the experience was good and the shipper got the job done and delivered on the day he estimated.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Have been trying for 4 days to reach Provider--voice mail is full. Sent emails, but no response. He is now three weeks late. Told me to be patient--broke axle avoiding a wreck. I would avoid this guy like the plague. Too bad there isn't a penalty on USHIP for people like this.

Response from Oceans2Oceans: I made contact on multiple occasions, I contacted the shipping party as asked and I informed him I would contact him when I picked up and that I had talked to the person on the shipping end. When this job was cancelled I was close to pick up. Unfortunately I am a small business, and when I start receiving 50-100 calls a day, I can't answer them all, because no work would get done. I also don't spend large amounts of time on the comp. especially to repeat what has already been said.

This was a very good overall shipping experience. Would use Oceans again. Communications was effective and professional; especially as my package was close to arrival. The pickup was on time which was critical for me. I appreciated the personal and excellent service provided.

I have called and emailed Chris w/ Oceans2Oceans & I have yet to get a response. I'm no longer interested in doing buisness with this individual, please cancel this agreement and refund my deposite.
