A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
This customer wants an exact time to pick up her goods and, since Im a honest shipper I cannot make such promises due to road conditions and vechilce maintenance. I gave here a window of time including an opportunity for us to call her 6 hours prior, but that was not enough. She wants a exact time, I don't think anyone can make such promises and if they can their not being honest..
Sorry for being an honest shipper.

Response from Oaklandmover: This shipper was unprofessional. He sent me an email AFTER the uship agreement that we haven't agreed on any price. Then he said that it was too much of a hassle to agree to one day to pick up my belongings. After a week of dealing with his sketchy interactions, he backed out of the agreement, leaving me without a shipper less than two weeks before my move. Check out his other feedback where he has made similar cancellations all in the past month!! (and then warns about the innocent movers)
