The desk and chair appeared to arrive in good condition, but when I removed the middle drawer of the desk, it was was soaking wet along with all of the contents (vintage sheet music and records).
When I contacted the member about it, they claimed that they could not have been the cause and would not do anything about it. The desk was fine when it was picked up. I don't know any other explanation for how the drawer got wet except that it happened during shipping.

THE MIDDLE DRAWER WAS NEVER REMOVED IT WAS PUT IN A WATERPROOF TRAILER WITH BLANKET WRAPS SO THE DAMAGE WAS PRIOR TO MOVING. OTHERWISE THERE WOULD OF BEEN DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS OF THE DESK ABOVE THIS PIECE AND THERE WASNT

It doesnt get any better than this. Communication was exemplary. Both the driver and administration were in constant contact via email or phone from the time the boat was picked up to the time it was dropped off. They take all the stress out of transportation. Use with the utmost confidence - I sure will again.
