The shipment of Steve's boat proved to be one of the most trying so far. With a tire issue enroute (2x) Steve was understanding and flexible with all concerns. His uppermost desire was to do everything as an owner to assist in every way. His extended family welcomed the boat, joyously, soon to be enjoyed by all. "thanks so much for everything Steve. Richard contacted me immediately after the bid was awarded and clear communication was established right from the beginning. The pickup was ontime and as stated and he called me and confirmed that my boat was in his posession. His professional demeanor provided me with confidence that my boat was in good hands. He worked through a tire problem on the trailer and communicated with me during his travel. My boat arrived on time and I would highly reccommend his services.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Unfortunately both the of our schedules had conflicts. Gus was professional and we were continuous contact in determining the cancellation. I would reccommend and would work with Gus in the future.
