Shipper had truck problems and was stuck on the side of the road for about 8 hours. Still, he remained in good spirits and delivered my bikes the same day they were promised. He carefully unloaded the bikes which arrived in very good condition. I'd use him again.

Thanks again for the great service!! Bill kept me updated during the entire shipment. It is a very rare occurance that someone goes way beyond their way to satisfy a customer the way Bill had. I can only hope I will have another opportunity to do business with his company again.

Excellent service! Pickup was made when scheduled, delivery was made as scheduled. Item was properly tarpped and secured with no damage. Modern high quality equipment. Great communication before and during transit. I would use Bill for shipping any time.
