Rating: Cancellation Left for: duane2025 (5) On: 11/16/2009 For: 4 Pallets (Non-standard)	The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Service provider states he had to cancel because he is sick. Our shipment has a pickup and delivery window that is very flexible and he can have as much time as needed to recover and follow through on the delivery. I spoke with him yesterday and he advised me that he had another shipment directly after mine out to California. I suspect the reason given is bogus and he simply can't handle this as cheaply as he thought. He had dropped his price considerably from his original bid.

His was the best deal in terms of schedule and rate was in line with others. Was very responsive and accommodating to be sure that shipment was picked up and delivered as promised.
