This provider is a broker and not a shipper. Communication was very poor. If you call for information he says he'll call you back in an hour, but never will. You call back the next day and get the same runaround. After days of knowing nothing, with no notice your told they are going to pick up your shipment. My shipment was damaged by the shipper, and he said he would call me back with the shipping company's insurance info, but never did. I would stay away from this company.

Shipping arrived on time however, I ended up paying more than the agreed price on the uship bid. If I didn't pay, the driver refused to release the location of my car. When I picked up my car I was also charged more money for a storage fee! This was never mentioned anywhere on the uship bid. When I tried to contact them after this, he never returned any of my phone calls or emails. I gave him ample amount of time to get back to me to resolve this problem but nothing at all. Poor communication!!

We have lost our retail customer and now own the vehicle because this shipper couldn't meet their own bid. We allowed extra days above their 3 to pick up and 3 to deliver and after 14 days it still has not been picked up. We have attempted contact multiple times and after they answered the first time we have not received a call back, update or any communications. We are now just trying to get our vehicle here and looking for a reliable company as this one is completely unreliable.

No Detailed Feedback Available transported 3 out of the 6 cars and never contacted me again regarding the other 3 cars. Very poor communication, never returned a call. I had to chase him down everyday regarding the remaining 3 cars and never once did he call me.. I wouldn't use him.. he bids to low to get the job then can't dispatch out a shipper to take the job. There are plenty of others shippers on UShip so find another one.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment one of my reps made a mistake and sent out a open carrier so I canceled the driver and when I found another enclosed driver it wasn't coming soon enough for the seller on pick up he was a very difficult guy to work with

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I explained to him that a had a driver to pick up the 4 cars and on my paperwork before accepting my bid you can see payments are in credit cards and told him that it goes on the credit card and remaining balance he is I told him how it it when I worked it out with Joe amd charge him after the cars were delivered he said okay let me talk to my boss and he would call me back he is canceling now so he doesnt have to pay me the only reason I did my job and told him if he wanted to pay on delivery

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After the bid was accepted, I spoke with the service provider and they requested that I remove my shipment from the "boards". I did this and they indicated that they would have a shipper for my car within a few days. Since that time I have tried calling them over 12 times with no response from them. Service provider also stated vehicle would be picked up in 3 days and delivered within 3 days after that for a total of 6 days. We are at day 12 and I've only been able to speak to anyone one time at day 6 and never heard back from them again after numerous calls and an email.

Jeff was continuously late, created numerous excuses, and has delayed the shipment by over two weeks. Jeff has not kept his word.

However, the carrier never answered my phone calls nor my voice mail. All my schedules are delayed because of this irresponsible carrier. I here request this cancellation and my full money refund. No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Hello, Provider wanted paid in advance of anything being done. At the same time, I am facing storage charges on the vehicles. When I refused to pay him in advance, he said that he could not do it. I immeadiately hired a local (more expensive) hauler just to get the job done. Later, the provider called back and said that he would haul the cars and accept payment after delivery.
