No Detailed Feedback Available Jetski damaged in transport. Shipper has insurance but I am not getting Anywhere with them. 1 week of phone calls not returned. Prepayment is also required so u r over a barrel if something happens. Use at ur own risk. Also fred is a nice guy but u get referred to his "boss" if there is a problem

There was no proof that the Jet Ski was damaged in transport. His friends unloaded the item and dropped it. I have delivered more fragile items than this and not single one of my previous customers have complained about the service. We presented it to the insurance company but since his friends accepted the load and dropped the Jet Ski, it will not be covered.We returned the phone calls but there is so many conflicting stories about what happened. I am sorry that your friend dropped your Jetski.

Customer cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I told the customer that my term and conditions are very clear on my profile that payment is paid before or at pickup. Customer wanted to give me a credit card over the phone I told him no because of risk of credit card fraud. I told him, he can pay though paypal buy he wanted send $1000. I told him no we only accept full payment with paypal. Hes from Australia so its very risking for me for not getting paid for the job. If he was from the US I would of accepted half payment.

I am from Australia but I am a US Dealer based in Los Angeles , this guy wanted me to wire or direct deposit the full amount to his Bank or send the money by Money Gram , I offered a credit card which he said he could take but he never called me for the number , I felt very uneasy with this guy , when I did speak to him he thought it was a big joke and was giggling away like a little kid , I would not trust him with anything

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time He arrived on the first agreed day with a pickup truck and a female partner. I clearly told him he would be transporting a kawasaki Ninja 600cc engine. He did not have a ramp. Needless to say there was no way he could "carry" the bike onto the van with only his female partner. He later rescheduled with me on 3 other occasions and cancelled on the days he scheduled for pick up. On each of the 3 occasions I learned of the cancellation after I called him. I'll prefer to have my money refunded!

Newport Shipping cancelled as the dolly was found to have mechanical concerns and driving safety was compromised. We pick this up at the shipper location, have tried to drive it for miles and just wasted gas. This dolly cant be towed away. The shipper misleaded us. We went back and drop this off where we picked it up. SAFETY WAS COMPROMISED TO MISLEADED SHIPPER DESCRIPTION.The item has mechanical breakdown/failure.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper said he would pick up my dog on 3/2/12. He then changed it to 3/3/12 and said that he would be here at 11am. I am unable to contact him, he has not returned my phone call or email. I am VERY upset as well as the recipient of the dog.

I told him that I did not want him to drive my truck, He should drive his goose neck trailer over to the dealer and pick up. He refused and said no. So I want to cancel.
