The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Joe never showed up to pick up the Jet Ski's after contactingthe Marina Owner and myself. the Ski's were taken out of the water in anticipation of him showing. He told me Tuesday June 2 and the Marina owner Wednesday June 3. He hasn't called either of us and never showed up. I have called 3 times and sent 3 e-mails. No response. I ned the Ski's shipped ASAP>

Shipment was completed as promised. Customer left message in one day and didn't leave time for me to return call before he tried to cancel.
