Overall, okay. It took a little while to get them to respond, and they complained a number of times about the remote location of the pickup city given the ship cost, though it was of course their responsibility to look at a map before bidding.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer accidentally did not put in the dimensions and weight for the auto calculator that provides price. Our pricing is computer generated based on these figures and the customer did not realize that upon accepting bid request. We will refund the deposit ASAP.
