The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I reached the shipper about 3-4 weeks from the shipping date to see if we could move the date up. He said he was too busy to do that but was all set to pick up my boat as agreed on May 1st. He said to call a few days ahead to final confirm details. I called multiple times in the last 4 days before shipping and only got his answering machine. He never returned these calls and never showed up on May 1st.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I called shipper for 5 days after I sent an email he said he would call in one hour. He did not call. When I called the next day he said that he was on the road and would call when he was done. Have not herd from him since march 18

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I spoke with the service provider and coordinated a date of Wednesday 1/30/13 in the afternoon or latest on 1/31/13. Since that conversation more than a week ago I have made arrangements to be at the location and traveled more than 800 miles one way to be there when the boat was to be picked up so I could follow the boat back to the final destination. I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipping company Nautical Boat Movers is not responding to calls, messages, and e-mails. 1/2 payment was made on good faith, and jacob appears to have fallen off the earth. I will not re-list until this is resolved.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The transport company was supposed to pick up the boat on Sunday, December 2nd and did not show up. I called him, sent text messages, and emails throughout the last three days and he did not respond until yesterday morning telling me that he would call me within the hour. He did not return my call and does not answer his telephone or text messages again. I have found someone else to transport my boat but not through U-ship.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Jacob is simply not being truthful. He bailed completely on the shipment of my vessel. He stated in the cancellation request that it had to do with my radar arch. This is an outright lie. He agreed to ship my vessel with the radar arch on, which by the way, Cruisers Yachts ships my exact vessel to all 50 states and never removes the arch. Steer clear of this guy. Response from NauticalBoatMovers: David's 340, along with most others, on a float on trailer get held 24" off the ground which puts the height right around 15' plus the radar on top. David insisted his boat was different and was not that tall, after confirming it was around 15' I instructed him I would want the arch down so I could legally haul it.David didn't want it taken off so there for I didn't want to risk my business for it.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We spoke to jacobscott85 about moving this shipment for us, he did an excellent job at trying to accomodate us but in the end there was a conflict of scheduling. We need to get out of this freight, will use uship again in the future and this was nothing bad against jacobscott85.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment SINCE PRODUCTS ARE FOR EXPORT PROVIDER NEEDED TO DELIVER TO A TRANSPORTIST WITH DOT TAX NUMBER. THEY DID NOT HAVE IT.
