National made effort to get sub carrier to pay for windshield but still out $400. I hired an attorney to sue them and get reimbursed.

National Transport LLC made every effort to get this resolved and thought we had done so until the carrier renigged on their promise to pay for the damages. Any pursuits in recompense should be directed to the carrier as they are responsible for damages in full. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused to the customer due to this situation and will continue to try getting the carrier to cooperate to the best of our abilities.

There were some bumps on the road but they have to be one of the best customer service centers. They take care of the customer and make things right like old days.

Desiree was my contact person at NTLLC. She was a joy to work with and very helpful. Its such a relief to work with competent people these days b/c of how rare they are. She even stayed late at work one day just to be sure that she received my fax and my delivery was not delayed. Following up all the time really put me at ease. Nice to know someone cares these day. Again, this is so hard to find! She is a model employee and many can learn from her. Experience was very positive. Thank you. Zayd S

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I intially was placing an order via online. I was having difficulties, so I phoned National Transport LLC. The girl that I spoke to initially placed a separate/ second order knowing that I was trying to complete the order via online. I tried to get Uship's phone number but was refused one. I am not liable for any of Uship's charges; I was charged a total fee of $103.14 dollars ( a deposit fee of $77.90 and a charge fee of $25.24 ).

When the customer stated the order was being placed "via online" we assumed it was through our online booking system that is available on our website, we had no idea this was a duplication of a Uship order or we would have completed it as such. We attempted to remedy the situation after we realized what happened and the customer did not want to move forward with the order.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time lied to me and said they have a truck coming to get the vehicle. Saw they have the vehicle listed on Central Dispatch fishing for a truck....

This customer placed his order on Fri 8/6 and canceled at 3:30pm on Mon 8/10 only giving us about a day and a half to accomodate his requested shipping time. I clearly stated in an e-mail to him that "When we bid on this we stated it would take about 1-3 days to get the vehicle picked up from the time we receive the order. I will do my absolute best to get this vehicle assigned to a truck today, however, it may take a little bit longer." Which clearly shows we never misrepresented pick up dates.

When we realized the discrepancy we attempted to call the customer to resolve the issue and he stated the only reason he accepted our bid was to get our phone number to place another order and refused to keep the Uship order terms active. We want to make sure Uships rules are followed to keep our account in good standing. We attemped to resolve
