National Transport provided a nice shipment experience. They were very helpful and found a carrier right away for an excellent price. However,after signing the carriers delivery papers,I noticed the he had broken the antennae and its base. Naturally, (in the fine writing)the carriers papers provided him to not be held accountable for...you guessed it- antennaes. As for National Transport themselves, they are truly awesome, but beware the carrier...

The shipper was a day late picking up and delivering, however, that is as good of an experience I've had shipping a car. Car was undamaged, driver was professional.

We waited their standard 2-5 days. However, the 6th day we decided to make other plans to ship the vehicle since this is a very timely shipment.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The company personal told me that due to paperwork issues the driver was unable to pick up. I allowed two days after the promised delivery date to secure another driver. Company DID NOT call me once to update me, I had to call them each time, every day. Was in a rental car,could not wait any longer! When there was NO communication! I found another co. who delivered very next day!
