I got a bit nervous when I didn't hear from anyone after 2 weeks had passed and the shipment had been picked up in NY. I finally spoke to Angie & she confirmed delivery the following week. Mike and Angie (and their helper whose name I apologize for not remembering) were super nice. My only suggestion would be better communication during the shipment--this piece was VERY important to me. It is now save and sound in my home in AZ and I will use Mike in the future should the need arise. nancy
