Rating: Positive Left for: bctrucking (3) On: 4/6/2007 For: 1981 Read Story	bctrucking did a super job on the delivery of my dirtbike. They communicated extremely well and answered the phone every time that I called. I highly recommend this company for delivery services. A+++ organization.
Rating: Cancellation Left for: cktransport (104 ) On: 3/30/2007 For: 1981	I tried over 30 times in 4 days to get a hold of somebody. Left 5 polite messages to please have someone call me to see about pickup time/ ETA. I emailed twice asking for a phone call and finally after 4 days someone answered the phone. I was told my bike would be picked up sometime that day with no time frame. Hours later I was informed that they could not pick up the bike because someone else cancelled in the same area and now it wasn't worth the trip. That U ship froze their account. Carson s Response from cktransport: we played phone tag with this guy for 3 days e-mailed him back the same day I recieved his e-mail we told him we would haul the bike for a really low price depending on the acceptance of another item in the area uship went down and so we missed the job and couldnt drive 700 miles for $189 I told him we could pickup at a later date he is mad because he knows he will have to pay more if he doesnt wait for us
