Although there were some delays with delivery times, they were very apologetic and courteous. They did a great job, and were very careful not to damage anything while moving such a heavy piece of equipment. Very pleasant. Would use them again!

These people took the job. Just like the other complaints they have against them they would not communicate. I sent them several emails and calls to determine if I should remove the cover so it would fit. Just an excuse they got more work and ditched me!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I sent in a complaint already .... Cannot get response. I suspect they are overbooking and filtering out. My table had a overhang and i could not get them to give me the dim of the door size of their truck after 8 emails and several calls. read their ratings ...it says 100 but not so if u read. I didnt and it has made me really upset. i rebooked with another company on uship.

DO NOT USE. We spoke after the bid was accepted. He said to call back the beginning of August to firm things up, but he is missing in action.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I accepted the bid on 7/2 with the caveat that I needed to talk to the service provider and his references to gain confidence in his service. He agreed in an email to call me the next morning but this never happened. Despite attempted calls and email on my part, we have not had any communication. Now it is 7/9 and with only 10 days to the move, I need to book another moving company now.
