Absolutely a great experience! The communication was frequent and thorough, the handling and packing was incredible, the service was with integrity and the price was very reasonable. I'll keep this contact for future reference and am delighted to have a mover I can trust with any purchase from anywhere! To me, this opens up a whole new world of eBay (and etc.) shopping, knowing that the shipping is hassle-free, economical and safe. Even the household where the item was from had similar comments.

Unlimited Movers was a very positive experience in the type of move that I needed and the cost of the move was exceptional! Communciation was excellent and the company lived up to the contract 100%. I would recommend Unlimited Movers to anyone that needed items transported and feel confident in using a company that did not have the "big" name attached to it.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Movers Unlimited was misleading with their pick-up and delivery times and pushed the pick-up date back several times resulting in an unreasonable timeline that was not agreed upon. They did not take their commitment to their customer (me) seriously and were unwilling to work with me to reach a fair agreement.

Despite the shippers claims, Movers Unlimited was NOT misleading with the time-line, NEVER changed the stated pick-up date(s), and made every reasonable effort to accommodate him, as we take ALL commitments seriously. Unlike the shipper, we have documented proof of our claims, and are willing to share that proof with any prospective customer.
