Movers Unlimited has been in business for 15 years, in good standing with our local BBB we enjoy an excellent reputation with less than 0.5 claims per year. Our trailer is fully enclosed, 28' box trailer, & holds most 4 bedroom houses/14,000 lbs. It's loaded tightly by our driver to maximize it's space, & ensure safest transport for your items. We supply everything needed for your move, from packing services to loading/unloading, all the pads, shrink wrap, manpower & equipment needed. All of our moves are owner supervised for quality assurance. We are able to provide you with the best possible price by building complete routes, which go through different locations & service several customers per route. We can arrange to meet specific time lines, but having a flexible time frame gets you the best price. We were recently among "uShip's Honored Perfect Providers", 182 providers out of uShip's thousands, who had 25 matches or more & achieved a perfect 100% positive feedback score for 2007.

When he arrived to pick up my belongings, he only had a very small space available on his truck (about 4ft). I was pretty disappointed, as I had just made arrangements to head home the next day...now I am back to looking for another service provider. I realize the cost was a good price....but that still doesn't account for his lack of judgement. Response from MoversUnlimited: Our driver, who was on the road, was not privy to the photos. Her use of 17' on her previous move, was subjective depending on how it was packed. Our driver had 10' of his trailer,(not 4') plus the entire bed of his PU for appropriate items. We felt we could accommodate her move, but found it to be more than we expected from the photos, since there was no inventory or weight on her listing. From when we bid, to PU was only a few hours, but we apologize for the inconvenience it has caused her.

Obviously they came in significantly lower (1/2 the price) and the delivery driver was curtius and quick. Wrapped well, but still minor scratches, etc (nothing to write home about), but if you are not in a hurry, pocket the money you'll save and take this shipper up on their offer - I guarantee you won't find a better offer (believe me, I contacted everyone everywhere when planning this). Didn't call the correct number when I told him where I would be when. On the positive side he drove through a snowstorm, when the interstate was a parking lot, to deliver the mcyc. Response from MoversUnlimited: Sometimes communication issues do arise when the driver is on the road, trying to drive, poor cell phone reception etc. But the funny thing is, you would think someone would place a higher value on getting the bike safely, and the effort he made to deliver it during a snow storm, then being called at the wrong place & time. I personally can't see how a minor communication issue warrants neutral feedback, & supersedes otherwise good service, hopefully no one else does either. MoversUnlimited
Rating: Negative Left by: kumichael (0) On: 1/9/2008 For: sleeper sofa	No Detailed Feedback Available	They over promise and under deliver.They accepted the bid first while they look to consolidate shipments.we finally got a written contract from them 14 days after bid acceptance.it took 6 weeks to fulfill a 2 week promise.If I were to use this website again,I would only use a shipper with a firm pickup date(within a few days)so that I don't end up waiting while they consolidate.they claimed many weather/truck delays but asked the customer to be on constant standby.failed to return calls prompty. View our profile, his listing, & our bid details, & you will see that I was CLEAR that I was building a route. HE CHOSE to accept our bid based on this info. How else could anyone move a sleeper sofa 900 mi for $200? He was difficult to please & comm. with overall. We were delayed by numerous hwy closures prior to Xmas, & an axle breaking on our trailer. We updated him via phone as we anticipated delivery, often.

Despite the shippers claims, Movers Unlimited was NOT misleading with the time-line, NEVER changed the stated pick-up date(s), and made every reasonable effort to accommodate him, as we take ALL commitments seriously. Unlike the shipper, we have documented proof of our claims, and are willing to share that proof with any prospective customer.
