Great communication & efficient service!! I couldn't be happier with their service. Vicky was very helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. And even though it was an oversize load, was delivered very promptly. I plan on using them for all my future needs.

HORRIBLE experience. Equipment took weeks to be moved and we ended up paying over $1200 more than what was quoted because they underbid and then wouldn't acknowledge our deposit or discuss the amount of additional fees. We'd have agreed to more money for them but they just billed what they wanted and then threatened to hold our equipment if it wasn't paid. Completely stressful and not worth the money you think you'd be saving.

This ovesize load was accepted just before Christmas, permits were not able to be purchased because of the holidays. First week of 2011 a truck was sent to load, machine wouldn't run, and dims the customer provided were wrong, additional permit costs were involved. Customer felt the carrier should absorb the additional costs from their mistake. It's not the carriers responsibility.After discussing this the customer wanted to negotiate. The machine was already loaded,permits purchased & rolling.

Don't know what commission the customer is referring to but rates have gone up considerably in recent months. We had trucks to do the job too, but they wanted a little more money. This was communicated with the customer almost daily. The customer wanted to stick to the originally set price. That was his prerogative. Costs/prices/rates/etc. fluctuation is beyond our control. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The truck they had scheduled for loading is not going to work for this, it has 22' available in the well of his RGN, but the Sterling truck requires 32' in the well. I was told this would require additional money and time to find someone to transport this unit.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper was unable to find a truck to get my equipment to me in a timely manner. They agreed after much communication that we should try and find another company to get our equipment here. We would have glady used them if they could locate a truck and did not have any issues with them in terms of communication, etc.

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped I had the backhoe scheduled this morning for pick-up and the trucker had problems and said he could not pick-up. So I execped your bid just as I booked you the trucking company I had called and said there problem was resolved and was on there way to pick-up the backhoe. Sorry for the incovience Rick.
