later dicided that still needed shipment moved, agreed on C,O,D, payment, delivery was made and NO PAYMENT was made, multiple phone calls NO PAYMENT, NO return calls. Pleses DO NOT haul anything for victorpaul from minwell Tx. NO PAYMENT. If payment aver arrives I will change this BUT NO PAYMENT

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved service provider could not line up a truck to deliver with in the time frame I had.

After the bid was eccepted it was learned that the equipment was not ready to be shipped for two days, after the equipment was ready we arranged for transportation, in that time the customer made his own arrangements. No money was transferred.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The machine was bought on eBay, the seller provided a measurement and weight which I used for uShip listing. But the service provider found that the machine was heavier and taller than the specification, the price quoted was no longer valid. I am currently working with the seller to resolve the issue.

The service provider "DID NOT" ask for more money, I made a huge mistake when entering the bid price, it looked like it would be less than $1.00 per mile for a RGN load which is redicules. It was obviously a honest mistake. The first call made by the customer he stated that "I think you made a mistake". We are not aware of any problems or issues in regards to this matter. Thank you.

Unknown to us the driver & shipper disassembled, loaded, and left with machine. In an effort to assist the customer with what became a bad situation Motor Carrier Logistics stepped back, allowed the driver, carrier and customer to deal directly. No fees were paid or accepted by Motor Carrier Logistics.
