The pickup was fast. Patrick decided to modify my crate to make it a bit lighter. I was uneasy about this at first, however, it was received in the exact condition I had packed it in. His communication around delivery could be better, but otherwise, no complaints. I would use him again.

Patrick did not communicate well. I had to call him every time and waited over 6 hours after scheduled pick up time to hear that he would not arrive for another 36 hours. He was over a day late delivering.

The scheduled pickup was within two days of booking as shown in the bid details. As I neared Ohio to pick up on Sunday (within the two days of booking) Diane and I agreed to start the delivery on Monday as going on Sunday would have interupted her church and family activities. I showed up early Monday as we agreed and made the delivery by 6pm in NY. The deliver by date in the listing was 11/8/2011 and I got the puppy there by 11/7/2011.

Patrick did not communicate well with me. He was a day late on the promised delivery date. He never even called to say pups were delivered.

Found that out after I accepted shipment and paid deposit that it was drive away service. That just wont work for me. Thanks for your understanding. Eric

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider came over to pick up the items we needed moved from Michigan to New Jersey with a small-sized Toyota pickup truck without a cap. Not only would the vehicle not accommodate a full-size bed, bed frame, headboard, couch, and TV, but the furniture wouldn't have been protected if it rained. I am going to try to contact the next servie provider who bid on my job, but I would like to relist in case he is unable to transport our furniture. Please reimburse my $50 deposit from
