They were extremely fair and kind during this entire experience. Their Dutch Warmblood had been in air flight and the cleared through the USDA customs facility in New York. The customers were patient and and we all agreed the care of this horse was the primarily concern for everyone. With admiration I could see the excitement when their horse arrive safely and in great condition. Highly recommend this kind couple as excellent shippers.

Professional, well maintained, clean rig. My horse needed to be picked up at the Newburgh quarantine station & was released one day later as planned. Dale was extremely flexible & accomodating. During the trip he kept me updated with frequent emails, textmessages & pictures of my horse. My horse got off his new, roomy trailer relaxed, happy & healthy and I dare say he seemed sad to say goodbye to Dale.:) Thanks Dale, you rock! Response from marshal6900: This customer is what makes providing transport services worthwhile. An outstanding family who not only loves horses but treats people with respect and kindness. Highly recommend these fine folks as shippers. and anyone lucky enough to earn their business will had a positive business experience. Their horse was one of, if not the very best horse I have ever hauled. This magnificent Dutch Warmblood was air flighted from Holland to New York. Still he loaded calmly and rode quietly.

Our Gelding moved with us from Germany and Michael & Zorana were extremely flexible and helpful in accomodating our planning and wishes. Communication was great and they did everything to ensure a safe and comfortable trip for our horse. He got high quality hay, food and water and even electrolytes to help him during the travel. When he finally got off the trailer in Augusta, Georgia, he was happy and relaxed and looked great. Vielen Dank Michael and Zorana!
