These guys were great! Overall good communication, didn't lead me on about when it would be picked up. Picked up and delivered when they said it would be. Thanks!

For: Telescopic Forklift

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Service provider told me three different times a truck would be there on a certain day to pick up my shipment. They never did arrive. When I'd call for info they would never return my calls. It has been over 2 weeks since I last contacted them and they still have not made any attempt to get me a truck. As a result they have cost me over $200 in storage fees.
Response from applog:
We have been in constant communication with the customer. We advised that the driver could not get to the location since the load going there canceled. We tried to get the driver to the location but they item is in a hard to reach area.
