After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Assigned a trucking company with an F rating with the BBB. Will be using another company. Montway customer service is rude and disrespctful.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped It is three and a half weeks since I accepted Montway's bid to pick up my car in california and deliver it to Connecticut and the car still hasn't been picked up yet. According to Montway, they have no idea if and when another carrier will agree to pick up the car and deliver it to CT. I need the car ASAP. I have arranged for a family member to pick up the car in person and drive it back east.

1. Truck that was dispatched was unable to haul the vehicle.
2. Shipped was not picked up by the deadline.
I flew to Houston Tx. myself and picked up the vehicle and drove it back to Minnesota.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I don't think the problem is entirely on MontwayAuto's part. I encountered several problems on the assigned carrier's side, mostly communication problems. I had difficulty contacting them, and they did not call me back on the agreed upon pickup date.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I ordered shipment of my car on 5/21, until today 6/3 my car was not scheduled for pick up and I never got any call to inform me about this fact. I am using a rental cat at the moment to bridge the shortcomings of Montway.
I hereby want to cancel the shipment due to no trust and seeing no solution. The shipping is no no longer required.
Please reimburse me of all the down payments (I do not need a unhip credit)

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Long story short. Due to problems with another broker I canceled a shipment. Montway then got the job. They were super-fast and friendly to deal with. But before they could arrange the shipment, the driver from broker number 1 had already arrived to pick up the shipment and it is on the way. Therefore due to no fault of Montway, I simply no longer need the item shipped.
