My shipment arrived and undamaged. However it was late being picked up and late being delivered. I did, however, get a bunch of excuses of why they were late. Overall the shipping costs were cheap, but the service was below expectations.

I used Uship to schedule my automible transport from Atlanta to Austin,which was then farmed out to 2 different carriers. I received no bids any where near the upper end >80%($625) suggested bid start. I was contacted and told to raise my bid on the job to $845 after 3 weeks of running the bid. Sheduling was good and they picked up the car on time and delivered it 3 days later, good. Car was damaged and 3 months later they deny the claim. Driver went through hail,car was filhty when deliver

I do give the Shipper kudos for being flexible and delivering to the address. Problem is that it was delivered after/during a snow. The delivering agent essentially dropped the car off at the end of our long driveway. When my Wife went down to meet him, she gave him the balance due and then left.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped It is three and a half weeks since I accepted Montway's bid to pick up my car in california and deliver it to Connecticut and the car still hasn't been picked up yet. According to Montway, they have no idea if and when another carrier will agree to pick up the car and deliver it to CT. I need the car ASAP. I have arranged for a family member to pick up the car in person and drive it back east.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Reasons 1. Truck that was dispatched was unable to haul the vehicle. 2. Shipped was not picked up by the deadline. I flew to Houston Tx. myself and picked up the vehicle and drove it back to Minnesota.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I don't think the problem is entirely on MontwayAuto's part. I encountered several problems on the assigned carrier's side, mostly communication problems. I had difficulty contacting them, and they did not call me back on the agreed upon pickup date.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I ordered shipment of my car on 5/21, until today 6/3 my car was not scheduled for pick up and I never got any call to inform me about this fact. I am using a rental cat at the moment to bridge the shortcomings of Montway. I hereby want to cancel the shipment due to no trust and seeing no solution. The shipping is no no longer required. Please reimburse me of all the down payments (I do not need a unhip credit) Thx Dag

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Long story short. Due to problems with another broker I canceled a shipment. Montway then got the job. They were super-fast and friendly to deal with. But before they could arrange the shipment, the driver from broker number 1 had already arrived to pick up the shipment and it is on the way. Therefore due to no fault of Montway, I simply no longer need the item shipped.
