You left a response to my neutral feedback on your shipment and most of it was untrue. I did not require you to wait until 24 hours after you arrived to pick up my horses. I never HEARD from anyone until 6:30am on the morning that they wanted to pick up horses, 2 days after their scheduled pickup date. Since no one knew you were coming, I asked her to wait until noon to start picking them up. As for payment, I couldn't "not afford" the full fee. You said you would charge an additional $50 t

Wonderful shipper. Excellent service, great communication, nice equipment. They kept me informed and my horse showed up happy and healthy. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

Very poor communication (and it wasn't all due to lack of cell service). My horses arrived without significant injury but this was a very stressful, frustrating move. Shipper never communicated, even when arriving many hours late, at midnight (at my new farm), with a stallion and 3 mares or when they were arriving at 6:30am to pick up horses at my old farm (I'm moving) after telling us to be ready at 4:30am. I could go on but space is limited.

I'm very sorry that you felt disappointed by our service. We tried to accommodate all of your demands; not allowing us to start till almost 24hrs after arriving, accepting a personal check when you were informed we don't, accepting your not affording the full fee, there was plenty of communication but we can't move horses when our customers won't let us.
