Overall, everything went smoothly. There were some weather delays, but they stayed in touch with me to let me know where they were. All items were delivered in good conditions. Nothing was broken. :) Hopefully, I can use them again as I have another move coming up in a week...

Service Provider inflicted $1,441.94 worth of damage to my vehicle during transport, when driver struck a tree. Provider has dragged his feet as much as possible with repairs and offered $774.00 to resolve. Don't use this company under any circumstances.

Customer chose valuation based on 60 cents per pound. Based on the weight of his vehicle we reimbursed him the $774.00. Customer was given the opportunity to purchase additional valuation that would have covered this damage and chose not to purchase it. After the accident he demanded we reimburse him for the full damages even though he elected not to pay for this option. Unfortunately we did damage his vehicle however we settled based on the options the customer chose.

All in all, Midnight Van Lines did a good job getting my goods to me as promised. No damage to my exercise bike. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would consider using this company again, and referring them to others.

John of Midnight Movers was pleasant, helpful, and prompt in his communication with me. My piano was picked up and delivered as scheduled. His drivers are experienced and professional. I also saved money using this company. I would use Midnight Movers again and would recommend them to friends and family.

He did not pay for the optional valuation even though it was offered to him. We settled based on the option he chose and he did not like that. Therefore he left us negative feedback.
