We are a family owned and operated transport business based in North Georgia. We have a 24 ft enclosed truck and a car hauler. We transport pets, furniture, appliances, and motorcycles. We also will pack and move anyone anywhere in the country. We are both Army veterans with Eric serving a tour in Iraq. We'll beat any other transporter's bid that is within reason. scratched tool box up and never followed up on repairing it. I lost their phone number because my phone broke never heard from them again.

I told you a few months ago to send us your repair reciept. You never did. We were waiting on you, not you waiting on us. You had my email. You know we didn't scratch the toolbox. My husband was deployed to Iraq when I made arrangements to move our belongings. I thought given Melinda28's ex-military, background I could trust this provider. I was mistaken. The shipment was left in a MN impound (in another customer's trailer) in July & was completed by someone else in late August. Asked for refund since shipment was not complete (I offered to pay the gas for the travel to MN) and was told we owe THEM $! We have contacted the authorities. A case is ongoing.

These people are the worst of the worst! They pose as great Christian people, but don’t be deceived. They are sick parasites. We contracted them to move our trailer to Alaska in early June. Instead, they used our trailer for their personal business. We could never get them to tell us the truth about our trailer and its’ location. Had they not abandoned the trailer in Minnesota and it been impounded, we would still be without it. We had to pay impound fees and pay again for someone to deliver it

Sorry for everything that happened.We did NOT use for personal. You said we could put something in it. Went straight from TN to MN. Did not abandon. Hotel foolishly had it towed to paint the parking lot instead of asking us to move. I stayed with it the entire time. Told you that truthfully many times. Glad you got it. We are STILL Christians. Christians don't judge by the way. Delays happened and we finally were honest. Didn't want to anger you. Doesn't mean we aren't Christians. Shame on you.

Shipper received my freight in IL at the end of May. Drove it to MN, where the truck which they were hauling, having not been returned to the rental company within the appropriate time period, causing it to be reported as stolen, was then, impounded. The vehicle was only released when the Penske Trucking Company, owners, paid the fee and transported it to one of their lots in Eagan, MN. My shipment had remained there until today, when the new company I have contracted with picked it up.

You are mistaken Jann. The hotel had it towed because they didn't ask whose it was before painting the parking lot. I was there the entire time with it. This was not the same truck we picked up in. That one broke down and it was a Ryder truck. This one was not reported as stolen. Glad you got your tub anyways.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time This guy cancelled 2 days before pick up.He was very rude and threatening just because his customer wanted their things sooner.He knew when I was picking up and agreed.Later it wasnt good enough for him.He made threats and was verbally abusive.Our policy is that there are NO refunds if cancelled 48 hrs from pick up.I offered later again to help.He refused and was once again rude and made threats.I gave him a chance to change his mind of cancelling.He agreed to payment terms and accepted.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We had a contract saying that we are not to be held responsible for delays not in our control and could continue. She signed. We told her we were enroute to Alaska. Never told her we did not have passports 2 days before pick up. Were in process of having a local crew load truck until we got there. Never told us of the Friday deadline. Said she was flexible. She cancelled 2 days before pickup. Contract states that cancellation within 48 hrs of pick up is nonrefundable. Has not paid us. just uship

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time We were delayed by 2 days with another customer and severe weather. The Brice family was not able to accept pick up 2 days late due to military housing inspection. Contract stated we were not to be held responsible for delays not in our control and should be allowed to continue. Giving the military situation, we agreed to cancel without major repercussions to them. They cancelled while we were in route. They still did not make inspection with the other movers.If only we could've had the go ahead

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Unable to secure a large enough truck for pulling the camper. Rental truck agency made a mistake and day of pick up for truck had rented it to somebody else. Very nice customer and I am humbly apologetic this happened.

PLEASE AVOID ANY CONTACTS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO STUCK WITH YOUR SHIPMENT. AND WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT HE IS TAKING 50% DEPOSIT IN FRONT, IT IS ALREADY 2 MONTH I AM WAITING FOR MONEY. SHAME ON THE USHIP TEAM FOR SUPPORTING THIS KIND OF CARRIERS. This jerk cancelled 2 days before pick up. Even gave him a chance to change his mind. Contract states no refund if cancelled within 48 hours of pick up. He was very rude and made several threats. He knew my schedule when he accepted. Would NEVER help again. Nothing but lies and defamation of character.

However, they were unprepared for this move. Two days before loading date, they had not gotten passports and *I believe* they were not even in route to Alaska (that's over 4100 miles of driving). Her husband's fan belt broke, causing a delay we were unwilling to accommodate, simply due to the fact they had not even begun to drive here. I wish them well, hope others have better l

Never said that 2 days before pick up we did not have passports. Not true. And, yes, we were on our way to Alaska. We find out then that she had a deadline she didn't mention. She had said she was flexible. We were in process of having a local employee load truck until we got there. She cancelled without answering. We were on our way and within 2 to 3 days of arriving when she cancelled. Best wishes with your move.

I did not accept bid until very late at night on April 12th. The shipper had already left to another location and would not be able to pick up the boat in Florida until the 15th at the earliest.

At first pick up was to be Tuesday 3/3. Shipper changed her mind twice. From Tuesday to Monday evening and then to Monday morning. We were already on our way up there when she kept changing the date. Due to weather it was impossible to be there for her change of date. We had already made the schedule and planned for the weather.
