The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time THIS SERVICE PROVIDER IS A CRIMINAL! PLEASE AVOID ANY CONTACTS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO STUCK WITH YOUR SHIPMENT. AND WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT HE IS TAKING 50% DEPOSIT IN FRONT, IT IS ALREADY 2 MONTH I AM WAITING FOR MONEY. SHAME ON THE USHIP TEAM FOR SUPPORTING THIS KIND OF CARRIERS. I WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR MY $600.00 DEPOSIT, AND PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULLY CHOOSING THE SERVICE PROVIDER, HE MUST BE LICENSED AND INSURED NOT LIKE THIS GUY!!! Response from Melinda28: This jerk cancelled 2 days before pick up. Even gave him a chance to change his mind. Contract states no refund if cancelled within 48 hours of pick up. He was very rude and made several threats. He knew my schedule when he accepted. Would NEVER help again. Nothing but lies and defamation of character.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time First let me say: Melinda seems like a very nice woman, I'm sure it would have been a pleasure working with her.
However, they were unprepared for this move. Two days before loading date, they had not gotten passports and *I believe* they were not even in route to Alaska (that's over 4100 miles of driving). Her husband's fan belt broke, causing a delay we were unwilling to accommodate, simply due to the fact they had not even begun to drive here. I wish them well, hope others have better l Response from Melinda28: Never said that 2 days before pick up we did not have passports. Not true. And, yes, we were on our way to Alaska. We find out then that she had a deadline she didn't mention. She had said she was flexible. We were in process of having a local employee load truck until we got there. She cancelled without answering. We were on our way and within 2 to 3 days of arriving when she cancelled. Best wishes with your move.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper was not able to arrive at our location to complete the shipment on the agreed upon date, as stated in the contract. The shipper agreed to a full refund. We are now waiting for that refund. Response from Melinda28: We were delayed due to weather. Customer cancelled before pick up date scheduled. We were already enroute. Per contract, we are not at fault. Very sorry this happened. Best wishes on your move.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment It was decided 1 week after scheduled pick up date that they were going to be unable to complete the transaction. Communication was poor but Eric and Melinda both were very courteous. Response from Melinda28: Very sorry for scheduling problem. Pick up truck we were renting to pull camper was double booked and we could not find a replacement within enough time for your schedule. Thanks for being so nice and best wishes for your trip back to the lower 48. Thanks for your Coast Guard service! God Bless.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipper placed a bid on April 12th to pick up on April 13th. I did not accept bid until very late at night on April 12th. The shipper had already left to another location and would not be able to pick up the boat in Florida until the 15th at the earliest. Response from Melinda28: No problem. We waited as long as we could to hear from you. Best wishes with your boat. I wish we were able to help you.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to inclement weather the scheduled date for move (monday march 2) could not be completed. Shipper has agreed to refund the full deposit of 225.00 via paypal. Response from Melinda28: At first pick up was to be Tuesday 3/3. Shipper changed her mind twice. From Tuesday to Monday evening and then to Monday morning. We were already on our way up there when she kept changing the date. Due to weather it was impossible to be there for her change of date. We had already made the schedule and planned for the weather.
