Matt was a very nice guy and got the job done well. There was some complications at the pickup so my shipment got delayed a day, and some minor damage was done when loading my arcade machine, but it was nothing major. Shipping was fast and Matt always got around to answering my questions/updating me whenever he could, even when he lost his cell phone. My only complaint is that he ran really late picking the machine up and dropping it off. It would have been nice to be a bit more accurate

I appreciate the feedback. Most of the delays on this trip were the result of pulling the trailer out of a 20 year storage and the reconstruction encountering difficulties that I had not predicted. The arcade machine was my second load since starting my service and I was able to gain the practical data that I needed for better estimates. I enjoyed working with Mark and would gladly assist him with any other loads he needs. Matt
