I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have tried numerous times to reach Mr. Velasco on the number given a little girls answering machine comes on and the second number provided is not a complete number.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
We left Manny specific email instructions with a local telephone number to contact in Miami and specific dates when the television would be available for pickup. Apparently, Manny didn't read the email and therefore didn't have the instructions. We spoke a couple days later and apologized to each other for the confusion, and set the date to pick up the television the next weekend. We have not heard from Manny since then (this was the first week in June). We have made more than several attemp

Manny was very diligent and delivered everything on time, there was good communication all the time but the packing of our crib, dresser and mattress was non-existant despite being assured beforehand that he had packing supplies for everything, of course the mattress came dirty and the crib and dresser scratched, everything was in storage and we are just unpacking now after a month hopefuly nothing else is damaged, my wife is very upset about this.

Shipment picked up and delivered per our agreement - truck had a minor mechanical problem on route but the shipper overcame difficulty and delivered goods on time. Would use the shipper again.
