I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I'd like to use Manny given the mostly positive feedback. I am on a tight deadline to move by 6/30. Manny had sent me a note before bidding that he wanted to do the move on 6/27. I can't move until 6/30, but he accepted my listing. I'm having problems getting in touch with Manny. I've tried sending a note through uShip, personal e-mail and calling 2 numbers (one is a young girl's VM & the other non-working) but no response. I am still willing to use Manny if I can get in contact.

NEVER USE MANNY!!! My furniture arrived dented and bruised. Pieces were missing as well. There was no communication. They picked up my shipment 6 hrs later than the agreed upon time and I didn't hear from them anymore. I was seconds away from calling the police when they finally called. Manny has an awful attitude. He never even apologized. They still have pieces of my furniture. This was an AWFUL experience! The only positive thing I can say is that Michael was very nice and mannerable.

Response from MannyShipsU: This Customer was Extremely unpleasant to work with. We arrived in Miami and picked up the good from her mother. We agreed to be there in 2 days to deliver the goods to Atlanta, but where held up by a Storm in Florida. So we waited out the storm and continued the next morning, which caused us to get there later than we promised. We kept her updated but she was very impatient and rude and called every 10 minutes demanding her furniture! We delivered the furniture exactly how we recieved it.

I am so glad that I used your company to ship my Harley from Punta Gorda, Florida to Limerick, Pennslyvania. Manny was extremely thorough from the pickup to the delivery. Even though a wrong pickup address was given, Manny still picked up my Harley and delivered it in a timely manner. If I ever have anything that needs to be shipped, I will be using Manny once again! Once again, thank you so much, you have made my summer complete! This is exactly what I needed after being overseas for 15 mos.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
MANNY WAS GIVEN WRONG PICK UP ADDRESS. STREET NAME HAD BEEN RENAMED BUT NOT UPDATED FOR GPS. THERE WAS A DEADLINE FOR PICK UP AND WE COULD NOT DO A WORK AROUND. WOULD TRY TO USE MANNY AGAIN.
