Tines Transfer did a great job with the shipment. Kept in great communication with the customer and was on time in both the pick up and delivery. Also, no complaints on the loading and unloading of the customer's household items.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider required cash up front before he would drive to pick up the shipment, and we could not accommodate that at 5:30 PM on a Saturday, so we had to cancel the shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved the driver had to catch a flight to kansas and could not get a flight in time. we should have been notified of this ahead of time, we could have gone with someone else.
