Movers came on Easter and wouldn't change the day even though of the holiday. We waited 5 hours for them to arrive.
Delivery was made over a week late and we couldn't get in touch with the company to find our shipment. Damage was done to many items. Rolling toolbox with no wheels as well as missing wheels on a garment rack. Several boxes and belongings were damaged. Unable to get a hold of anyone at the company. It was a nightmare.

Really poor customer service and communication! Delivered 4 days late. Impossible to reach ANYONE at the "company" and I couldn't even leave a message because the machine was full. They told me 3 different delivery dates and never followed up saying they were not going to make it until after the date. I think that my piece was slightly damaged or sitting in an unprotected place but I have no proof.I would never use them again. They did apologize and had some poor excuses. believe the feedback

The damage was not caused by Magical Transporters, it was caused by the auction company he purchased it from. He has a signed reciept from us with the auction company signing off on the damage. We are sorry he was unhappy with his purchase but we did not cause the damage...please watch for the amended review

Shipment was in perfect condition and drivers were friendly and very helpful unloading. Office needs to learn to contact ship to customers more effectively, especially when planned date is going to be skipped. Didn't mind that it was late, did mind waiting for nothing several times and not being told that there was a delay. Calling office number always gave a "mailbox full" message which no one likes.

They were 2days late picking up the shippment and 2 days late dropping it off. The movers did not call to say that they were not going to arrive at the stated time, much less that same day. I would not recommend this company if you need the shipment on time. They were the cheapest though, and there was no damage to the shipment.

They bid to pick up in Boston and drop off in NY on the same day last Friday. Pick up was ok. Drop off was awful. They called NY Friday night at 10 PM to say they weren't coming! They then promised a Saturday dropoff, but never showed. They then promised a Sunday am dropoff, but did not show till 4 pm. Had they just told the truth, it would have been ok. Instead they lied repeatedly and were hard to reach as their voicemail was always full. They were cheap and you get what you pay for.

Response from MagicalTransporters: WOW!!! Guess they did not want to tell of their very nasty rude behavior. First when told that we were delayed they used very nasty language, then when the drivers arrived they were greeted with verbal assaults on their character, and the client making an L on her forhead calling them loosers. They paid $180.00 for a sleep sofa, 2 end tables and a chair, all brought into the house ...a service that was not paid for..it should have been left on the door step according to uship rules. Shipment was delivered in good condition, but carrier could not meet original pickup commitment--or second pickup commitment that they chose. Delivery was the same--they did not meet original commitment, called late to specify a new delivery commitment and finaly delivered 2 days after that. Only sure way to communicate with this carrier seemed to be email; phones were a problem.

We generally do not drive our trucks during tornadoes.
Our drivers got there as fast as we could and we also moved furniture around for the elderly woman who was getting them at no extra charge

Erin, who did all the scheduling and most of the communication was a pleasure to deal with. We had a few delays in the shipment because of unforseen circumstances, but we had clear communication throughout. I would definitely recommend if you can be flexible on your move dates! Thanks to everyone at Magical Transporters for delivering my entertainment center safely to its new home!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Shipper was supposed to pick up either late on Wednesday or early Thursday. I left both a cell number and a work number so I could be reached. When I did not hear from the drivers I contacted the shipper who told me I would hear from the driver Wednesday night. As of 2:30pm on Thursday the shipper is not answering the phone number or emails. As I have to be out of my apartment in short order I have had to make other arrangements for my belongings to be shipped.
