Mach 1 Expedited is a family owned business which operates out of Phoenix Arizona area. we provide friendly and fast shipping for Mach 1 xpedited Transport: Dave (36)and Jeff(39) Friends of 20+ yrs! jeff has 20+ yrs with motorcycle hands on exp!we can move a large variety of items with either our {2} enclosed cargo trucks, or can pull cars, boats, and trailers with our 2006 3500 powerstroke Diesel Truck (our vehicles and cargo are fully insured against damage and loss.) We have specialized in hot shot runs for major shippers but are also available for a variety of private shipping runs as well. Please consider us for your next shipment; we'd really like to work with you! WE ALSO SPECIALIZE IN ENCLOSED MOTORCYCLE TRANSPORT!!! ONE OF OUR TRUCKS IS SET UP JUST FOR MOTORCYCLES... WELL WE WERE NOT LATE AND THE DAY WE WERE THERE FOR PICKUP HE HAD NO PAPERWORK FOR THE BOAT, ABOUT 3FT OF WATER INSIDE THE BOAT, TRAILER WAS IN NO CONDITION FOR TRANSPORT AND WANTED TO WRITE US A CHECK! JUST NOT A GOOD THING TO GO THROUGH WITH... THX DAVE

After a little confusion at the beginning regarding the pick up, the shipment was completed in a professional manner. The hood was well crated at pick up and arrived safely. Comunication was the only area of opportunity.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE TO CANCEL OUR APPOINTMENT DUE TO THE HOLDING FACILITY OF THE VEHICLE. THE HOLDING FACILITY IS CHARGING STORAGE FEES FOR EVERY DAY THE VEHICLE IS NOT PICKED UP AND I WAS NOT AWARE OF THIS CIRCUMSTANCE. DUE TO THIS FACT, I MUST HAVE THE VEHICLE MOVED MUCH SOONER THAN EXPECTED; OTHERWISE, I HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER AND THE SCHEDULE DATE OF PICK UP. I DO PLAN TO USE THEIR SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. I SIMPLY CAN NOT AFFORD PAYING ADDITIONAL STORAGE FEES AND MUST HAV

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I talked to the shipper by phone and explained my dealine for delivery. He told me it was not a problem and he could deliver. I entered into a contract with you--now deliver.

His ad said flexible on pick up and delivery. We placed a bid for pick up in 10 days from booking and deliver in 7. After bid acceptance he told us it needed to be picked up within 2 days. We could not meet his new pick up time and had to cancel. Sorry we tried to meet his new deadline but could not.

This was my first experience at arranging the private shipping of anything. uShip was one of my greatest 'finds', in recent memory; simplifying the process of buying shipping-service to something no more intimidating than buying an item on eBay. Mach 1 is a diligent and competent regional shipper with great equipment that is well-insured, licensed, and credentialed. Their bid was prompt and competitive, and their follow-up communications were excellent. I highly recommend Dave and Jeff!

Dave and Jeff did a great job getting my bike and tool chest to me fast. Communication was great, they are flexible, the truck they used was a professional rig with a lift gate, and they have GPS so no hassle dealing with directions. Everything arrived in great shape, and I will definately use Mach1 again! Thanks guys!
