The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time DAVE DECIDED NOT TO PICK SHIPMENT HOWEVER HE DID NOT CONTACT ME AN LET ME KNOW HE JUST LET IT GO AN ALSO WAS RELUCTANT FROM THE FIRST TIME I SPOKE WITH HIM. SO IT JUST DID NOT WORK FOR ME OR HIM HE DID NOT LET ME KNOW AN DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I THOUGHT SOMETHING MIGHT OF HAPPEN TO HIM LIKE A WRECK. NEXT TIME I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE COMMUNICATION THATS ALL.
Response from Mach1expeditedtransport: this guy is off his rocker!! plain and simple. Didnt feel comfortable moving forward after 20+ phone calls from him in 2 days,and wanting our life papers on birth,ssn,pictures,etc... we are a LEGAL company HELLO!!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider In it he tells me "f**k u", calls me a "beaner", and a "bullet catcher" because I am a US Marine. He also threatens to sue me for slander if I posted this feedback on his profile.
My first time on uShip and so far it has left a bad taste in my mo Response from Mach1expeditedtransport: We were in his area 3 times and he wouldn't work with us. He is only available on his time only. Sundays at a certain time. We cant wait days for 1 bike. As for the comments? This guy is off his rocker.... he threatened us with bad feedback cause we couldn't service him. Amazing how some people are when they don't get what they want! Good luck in your future transactions.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I spoke with the Provider via phone and was told he was in the State of Louisiana (New Orleans), 250 miles away from my pick-up location. I was told he would call me when he was heading to my location, that was two days (6 Feb) ago. I have made numerous attempts to contact the Provider and left messages on his voice mail. I had been given a pick-up date of 1 Feb, 5 Feb & 7 Feb, I have been very patient and understanding but when I am spending my money which has been paid already and I can't reac Response from Mach1expeditedtransport: We had a family emergency come up and he was told of this. He has been in contact with us for this transport still. Dont know why he put in a cancellation though????

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider arrived days after.he said he would. Than told me he could move my boat because the trailer is not road worthy. Response from Mach1expeditedtransport: this is a LIE.. we were there to pickup a trailer that he said MANY times was is working order. NOT THE CASE.. we are seeking legal action for his lies and misrepresenting this trailer for transport. THIS GUY IS A SCAM.... STAY FAR FAR AWAY

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The shipment was booked almost 45 days ago. The service provider never contacted me and would not return my calls. Response from Mach1expeditedtransport: that's kinda funny! we talked to Kieth a number of times... we were in the area for pickup 2 times and couldn't get the seller to return calls... we were there and did our best!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Apparently asking this shipper to provide a date for pick up constitutes a difficult customer.
After accepting Mach1expeditedtransport’s bid he called & advised he was headed cross-country away from our shipment & could not provide a pick up date or time. The conversation was quite disconcerting to say the least & we suggested perhaps cancelling the contract might be in his best interest. Dave begged us not to cancel saying, “it would affect his feedback rating,” & suggested he could provide Response from Mach1expeditedtransport: We asked for the info on the seller and the delivery.. Doug the buyer would not do so.. He wanted to do all of the setup for pickup with the seller. Well thats not how this business works!! we need address and phone #s to do our job! he didnt like that plan!! Good luck Doug! We tried to work with him.. TOUGH guy to work with
