I requested a white glove service. I got a brown too gray service. Some small scratches on the furniture, I instructed the shipper to conduct damage statement at pick up, He did not, “It was 9 O’clock man”. The shipper asked for advance payment because they where running low on fuel, overall very unprofessional and would not recommend unless shipping a steel ball or rubber hammer for Christmas 20017.

Response from MTS6455: Thats a little stiff remarks there. White glove service you say? You did not request that it be bubble wrapped, and you didn't request before and after photos either. When you started pointing out every nick in an antique item and saying this one and that one weren't there before, well - I just don't know what to say after this. People want "white glove service" for a "torn n mismatched gloves" price. Jeez.

Response from MTS6455: We had the worst weather experiences going on - we drove thru colorado in a blizzard, got into california and were held up by a mudslide. then finally go to Arizona and there was massive flooding in the pheonix area. Yeah, we had to cancel but it couldn't be avoided. Apologies again to you, shipper.

These guys did an OUTSTANDING job, under some adverse weather conditions. I had a very unusual item I wanted great care taken with, and it arrived exactly like it left. They were very flexible, and easily contactable before and during the shipment. I would highly reccomend them, and would use them again if I ever needed a 10 foot tall stuffed grizzly bear moved again!
