Everything was picked up and delivered like it was supposed to, however, there were two issues. 1) Driver did not help us to unload pallets eventhough it was specified in the project. It was painful to unload 5000 lbs of steel from truck w/o fork lift or their help. 2) one of the pallets was left out at MN dock in transit, and they had to re-ship which took 3 more days.
