The service provider did not have any available trucks for the pickup tonight, and we had to seek other alternatives to get the shipment moved.

Response from MSMARY: The shipper accepted our bid at 10.00am this morning we had not promised him anything and he wanted his load to be picked up right away. I also had to give him yes or no answers before 12pm today. He doesn't want to wait until tomorrow for us to pick up this load. If he needed this load so bad he would have accepted our bid on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or first thing in the morning. I don't like this cancellation because they only put negative info on our feedback score.

Everything went smoothly except last minute extra charge of $100 (1/2 cost) of permits. Listing showed size of load and I expected the service provider to know about permit requirements.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Broker committed to picking up shipment 4/28 but failed to do so. Carrier said the particular driver was on strike today. Carrier then said they would pick up on 4/29 but could not confirm a driver for the load. In addition, broker was unavailable via phone or email for most of the working day and we only learned of the no-show because of our follow up. We were not notified of the "strike".
