The pick up was good and the drop off was timely but the furniture was left outside, which was odd b/c they were very communicative at the beginning of the process. Overall a good value and friendly office staff.

My driver picked up about 40 items from our MD warehouse for delivery to CA. In route he stopped and picked this dresser up. He drove straight 12 hours to Atlanta with no other stops except gas. When he arrived there was no one there to accept the dresser and no one would answer the numbers we were provided. According to his log he napped out front for about 4 hours. Then he went and fueled up to kill more time and finally asked the neighbors to sign for delivery.

Bob was personal, professional and completely reliable. He's been in the moving business for ages, and it shows. Along with all of my boxes and some furniture, he transported a very large and delicate mirror of mine. He and his wife are a great team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. (Thanks, Bob!)

This was for a very rare, fragile and valuable carved throne chair delivered from MD to the woodsey remote area of the great lakes in upstate NY (Moose Country). Delivered fast and safe on back snow covered roads. My drivers work hard to make stuff happen right and their deliveries are always flawless. These were great people to work with and they were thrilled we could make it to them so cheap, professional and fast. That is what we do.

One of my drivers just finished delivering about 50 pcs of antique furniture in a route from Baltimore to TX the whole west coast. He grabbed this bedroom set to cover gas money on his return trip. Delivered a valuable fragile antique bedroom set from San Diego, CA to Atlanta fast and without incident.

This company is highly recommended! The furniture move from Brooklyn, NY to Maine was flawless and the communication excellent. Bob was a pleasure to meet, provided a superb job of wrapping furniture and getting it to the destination in the same condition it left. Once loaded all of my drivers know they are responsible for your items and they are required to call and keep people up to date and make sure the pick up and delivery times are convenient for the customer. This is another example of how well our system works. We moved this valuable, antique, fragile furniture from Brooklyn to the furthest most desolate outskirts of Maine within days with no problems. Robert is one of my full time drivers and gets great reviews. He picked up this bed that needed to be dismantled in CA before being lugged down 3 flights of stairs. It was in a very remote part of northern in CA and much more of a job than he thought. Then he had to deliver it back on the east coast to a place in the very furthest wooded bear & deep snow country part of Maine a couple weeks later. It all worked out but there were some hairy moments.

Bob, the mover, was great - and such a nice guy. He did a fantastic job wrapping everything so well and carefully packing it. The delivery was fine, though it took a bit longer than expected, but he kept me posted. I would definitely recommend this mover, and would happily use them again.
